About Me

"We can be of service by bringing some kindness, care, groundedness, and balance to those around us."
- Sebene Selassie

I am a coach, facilitator, writer, interventionist, and community organizer who loves meaningful conversations and interpersonal growth. I've spent the past 10+ years coaching, facilitating, and building programs with individuals, groups, and organizations throughout the United States and Uganda to strengthen communities, relationships, and health. In my free time, you can find me immersed in meditation, yoga, writing, reading, hiking, playing tennis, boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, traveling, being silly with friends, cooking delicious meals, talking with strangers, or learning something new.
