About Me
I am a life coach, group facilitator, interventionist, writer, and community organizer who loves having meaningful conversations. I've spent the past 10+ years coaching, facilitating, and building programs with individuals, groups, and organizations throughout the United States and Uganda to improve communications, relationships, and overall community health. In my free time, you can find me dancing, surfing, doing improv, playing tennis, swimming, biking, eating cookies, or learning something new.
